Bios: Regional Vice Presidents

Ken Bouton was promoted to Vice President, Midwest region in September, 2007. He is responsible for overall sales and operations for the Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit and Minneapolis bureaus.

Ken joined Business Wire in 1997 and was appointed regional manager of Business Wire, Chicago in 2002. He was formerly regional manager of Business Wire’s Dallas bureau. Before joining BW, he worked for 10 years at Dallas-based Political Research in positions ranging from sales to vice president, and in licensing with Nashville-based BMI.

Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Richard DeLeo was promoted to Vice President, Northeast region, in May, 2007. He is responsible for overall sales and operations for the New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. offices.

DeLeo, who joined Business Wire in 1995, previously was Director, Strategic Relations. Earlier, he was National Sales Manager of Financial Compliance Services.

DeLeo is an alumnus of Siena College in upstate New York. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Dylan Frusciano was promoted to Vice President, Southwest region in December, 2007. He is responsible for overall sales and operations for the Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix and San Antonio bureaus.

Dylan joined the company in 2001 as Regional Manager of the Denver bureau.

Prior to joining Business Wire, Dylan managed sales for CitySearch.com, a division of IAC in Denver, and as a senior account executive for CareerMag.com in Boulder. He also worked in the media buying department for A. Eicoff & Company, a division of Ogilvy and Mather in Chicago.

Dylan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Neal Wells was promoted to Vice President, Southeast Region in February, 2006. Based in Atlanta, he is responsible for sales and administrative activities for the company's regional bureaus in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville and Miami.

Neal joined the company in 1991 as Regional Manager of the Atlanta bureau.

Prior to joining Buisness Wire, Neal had over 13 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience in the high tech industry. He was Director of International Sales for NewCo Technologies, Columbia, South Carolina, and later served as Director of Investor Relations for the same firm.

Neal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina where he majored in Advertising and Public Relations.
